UiPath partner
UiPath: our primary automation platform
Most of our enterprise automation runs on UiPath, and every published automation case study on this site is a UiPath delivery. We work across the whole platform, not just the robots: agents, orchestration, document understanding, testing and process mining, governed as one fleet.
Flex delivered New Zealand’s first UiPath Maestro go-live, orchestrating robots, agents and people as one process at the University of Auckland.

Microsoft: automation and AI inside Microsoft 365
When the work already lives in Microsoft 365, the right answer is often Power Automate, Copilot Studio and the Power Platform, run inside your existing tenancy with the licensing you already hold.
We build on Azure for custom applications and AI services, and we recommend Microsoft over UiPath whenever the process, the volumes and your team suit it. Often an organisation ends up with both, and we help decide which process goes where.

OpenText partner
OpenText: security for the code and data your AI touches
Few New Zealand consultancies implement the OpenText cybersecurity products. We do, as part of AI landscape management: once agents and AI assistants are writing code and handling data across your organisation, the code and the data both need protecting by default.
We implement, configure and support two OpenText products, and we can scope either on its own or as part of a wider automation programme.

Static and dynamic application security testing, so every change to your code, written by people or by AI assistants, is checked for security flaws before it reaches production.

Anthropic: Claude for the judgement calls
When a process needs something read, summarised or decided, we build the AI agents, assistants and chat agents on Claude, Anthropic’s family of models, and connect them to the robots and systems that do the rest.
Claude also sits behind the agents we orchestrate on UiPath Maestro and the assistants we build into custom applications, with the logging, guardrails and human escalation that regulated New Zealand organisations expect.
