What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, work email, organisation, phone number and message. We also collect information about how the site is used, such as pages visited and the device and browser used, through the analytics tools listed below.
How we use it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. We use analytics information to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics tools
We use Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages and links are used, and Microsoft Clarity, which records clicks, scrolling and page movement so we can see where the site is hard to use. Clarity hides what you type into forms. We also use Google Search Console, which reports how the site appears in Google search and does not track individual visitors. These services may process information outside New Zealand.
Storage and security
Enquiries are delivered by email and stored in Flex's own systems. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email enquiries@flexconsulting.nz. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
