Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio agents
Copilot is only as useful, and as safe, as the Microsoft 365 tenancy underneath it. We get the permissions and data in order, roll Copilot out to the people who will use it, and build Copilot Studio agents that take real work off your teams inside the licensing you already hold.
Why Copilot needs more than a licence
Microsoft 365 Copilot answers from everything a person can open: their mail, Teams chats, SharePoint sites and OneDrive. If permissions have drifted over the years, Copilot will find the salary spreadsheet that was shared with everyone in 2019. Most of the work of a good rollout happens before anyone types a prompt.
The second step is turning Copilot from a writing assistant into something that does work. Copilot Studio lets you build agents that answer questions from your own content, triage requests and take actions in your systems, with Power Automate doing the steps a robot should do. That is where we spend most of our time.
What you get
A tenancy that is ready
Oversharing found and fixed, sensitivity labels and data loss prevention in place, so Copilot only surfaces what each person should see.
A rollout people use
Licences going to the roles that will get value from them, with short, practical training built around their own work.
Agents that do the work
Copilot Studio agents connected to SharePoint, Dynamics, Teams and your line-of-business systems, handing anything outside the rules to a person.
Measured value
Usage and time saved tracked against a baseline, so you know which licences to keep, which to move and where to build next.
What we do
The work usually includes some or all of:
Copilot readiness review
Permissions, sharing, sensitivity labels and retention checked across Microsoft 365, with a ranked list of what to fix before rollout.
Governance and guardrails
Microsoft Purview labels and data loss prevention, a clear acceptable-use policy, and controls on which agents and connectors staff can use.
Pilot and rollout
A pilot group chosen by role, measured against a baseline, then a rollout plan for the licences that earned their place.
Copilot Studio agents
Agents that answer from your policies and documents, triage requests in Teams, and act in Dynamics, SharePoint or your own systems.
Power Automate behind the agents
Agents decide; flows and robots carry out the steps reliably, with logging and monitoring. See robotic process automation.
Support and improvement
Agents monitored and tuned after go-live, with new ones added as teams find the next job worth handing over.
What we work with
Microsoft 365 Copilot
Copilot in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, rolled out on a tenancy that has been made ready for it.
Copilot Studio
Agents built, tested and published to Teams, SharePoint or your website, with the connectors and approvals they need.
Power Platform and Purview
Power Automate for the steps, Power Apps where a screen is needed, and Purview for the labels and policies that keep data in its place.
How we work
Ready
We review the tenancy and fix the permissions and data gaps that would make Copilot unsafe.
Pilot
A small group by role, with a baseline, so the value is measured rather than assumed.
Build
Copilot Studio agents for the jobs the pilot showed are worth automating, tested against your own content.
Run
Rollout, monitoring and support, with usage reported so licences go where they pay their way.

Questions we are asked
Is it safe to turn on Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Copilot respects existing permissions, so it is as safe as your sharing settings. Most tenancies have overshared sites and files that nobody noticed until Copilot started finding them. A readiness review finds and fixes those first.
What is the difference between Copilot and Copilot Studio?
Microsoft 365 Copilot is the assistant inside Outlook, Teams and Office. Copilot Studio is the tool for building your own agents that answer from your content and act in your systems. Most organisations get more value from a few well-built agents than from licences alone.
Do we need a Copilot licence for everyone?
Usually not. A pilot by role shows who gets real value. Copilot Studio agents can also serve staff who do not hold a Copilot licence, depending on how they are published and licensed.
Should we use Copilot or another AI model?
When the work lives in Microsoft 365, Copilot is often the right answer because it runs inside your tenancy and your existing agreements. Where a process needs a different model, we also build on Claude, and we will tell you which fits.
Thinking about Copilot?
Tell us where you are: licences bought, a pilot under way, or just questions. We will tell you plainly what to fix first and where the value is likely to be.
