About Flex Consulting
We are a New Zealand automation and AI consultancy. We build the robots and agents that take routine work off New Zealand teams, and keep the AI landscape around them secure.
Who we are
Flex Consulting was founded in 2018 and works with New Zealand organisations including Foodstuffs North Island, SkyCity, Craigs Investment Partners, Contact Energy, Chorus, the University of Auckland and Mercury. Across more than 150 projects in over 15 industries, our teams have automated more than five million hours of manual work.
We are a UiPath partner, a Microsoft partner and an OpenText partner. That lets us recommend the platform that fits your systems and your licensing, rather than the one we resell.

Fix the process first
A robot running a broken process only breaks it faster. We tidy the process before we automate it.

Every engagement starts with a baseline, so the saving is reported in hours and dollars, not projected.

We map the process with the people who run it and record cycle time, error rate and cost per transaction before anything changes.

Candidates are scored on return, effort and risk, so the first automation is one you can measure within weeks.
Build
We build in short iterations on UiPath, Power Automate or custom AI, tested against your own data and controls.
Run
Automations go live with monitoring, exception handling and an audit trail, and we support them in production.
Scale
Results are reported against the original baseline, and the pattern is rolled out to the next process.
